Inactive Accounts
Inactive accounts are those where there has been no member generated transactions in a 15 month period.
Confirmation
We will use our best efforts to ensure that any fees and charges paid from your savings and transaction accounts are confirmed in your periodic statement for the account. We will describe the payment of the fee in the periodic statement using the wording contained within this brochure.
The ideology of the Cairns Penny Savings & Loans is to keep our fees and charges as low as possible. However from time to time we must increase our fees and charges, particularly where third parties increase the cost of their services to us.
Our fees and charges will change from time to time and we will try to provide you with a notice in the form of an advertisement or as a new version of this Brochure. Our latest Brochure is available from our website or can be collected from our branch.
